Elizabeth Aughey is an Internal Medicine Resident at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, WI. Under the mentorship of Dr. Anita D’Souza, her research centers on real-world symptom burden and patient-reported distress in individuals with relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma treated with GPRC5D-targeted bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) therapy. Her current work examines longitudinal changes in NCCN Distress Thermometer scores, performance status, and weight trends to better characterize the supportive care needs of patients receiving this novel immunotherapy.
