I am Parvathi Sudha, a Senior Bioinformatics Analyst in the Division of Hematology and Oncology at Indiana University School of Medicine. My research is focused on multi-omics data analysis. For the past three years, I have been working on different projects in multiple myeloma including genomics analysis to identify novel driver genes that contribute to the progression of myeloma; understanding the bone marrow microenvironment of myeloma patients and thereby learning the crosstalk network of myeloma-immune cell-cell interactions. I am currently analyzing myeloma subclone genomics and their interactions with immune cells.
