PhD student
University of Ostrava, Czech Republic
Mgr. Klára Baďurová, PhD student in Experimental and Clinical Medicine in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Ostrava, is a researcher specializing in the development of therapeutic natural killer (NK) cells for the treatment of hematological malignancies, with a focus on multiple myeloma. She earned her Master’s degree in Medical Genetics and Molecular Diagnostics from Masaryk University in Brno.
Her doctoral research aims to enhance NK cell function and optimize their use in adoptive cell therapies. She combines molecular and cellular biology techniques to investigate novel immunotherapeutic strategies that bridge the gap between laboratory research and clinical application.
Throughout her academic journey, she has developed a strong foundation in translational oncology. She has been actively involved in research projects exploring immunotherapeutic strategies and molecular diagnostics. Her goal is to contribute to the advancement of personalized and targeted therapies in hematologic cancers.
Klára regularly participates in scientific conferences and collaborative initiatives, where she presents her research and engages with professionals across disciplines. She is deeply committed to improving treatment outcomes for patients through innovative immunotherapeutic approaches.
