Liam Hendrikse, Ph.D., is a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Dr. Tak Mak at the University Health Network in Toronto, where he is focused on studying haematological cancers, particularly myeloma, and developing novel therapeutic approaches. Liam is a current recipient of the CRI Cinelli Family Foundation Immuno-Informatics Fellowship.
Liam previously completed his Ph.D. at the University of Toronto under the supervision of Dr. Michael Taylor at Sickkids, where he computationally analyzed several large multi-platform genomic sequencing datasets to glean insights into the developmental origins of medulloblastoma, the most common childhood brain cancer.
