Rintu Sharma MBBS MD DM is a Clinical Research Fellow focusing on plasma cell dyscrasias and immune effector cellular therapies at the Princes Margaret Cancer Center, Toronto. She completed her Internal Medicine and Hematology training in India. Her clinical and research interests are centered on multiple myeloma, AL amyloidosis, lymphoproliferative disorders, and cellular therapies. She is particularly passionate about the evolving potential of immunotherapies in myeloma, including bispecific antibodies and CAR T-cell therapies, and is committed to contributing to the optimization of these novel treatments. She has also completed the Principles and Practices of Clinical Research Program from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, enhancing her expertise in research methodology. She has been awarded Dr Andrew R Belch MEET Grant Myeloma Award and Hold’em for Life Oncology Fellowship grant for her contributions to the multiple myeloma field in addition to securing funding for an investigator-initiated trial during her fellowship tenure. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for innovation, Dr. Sharma is committed to contributing meaningfully to the evolving field of hematologic malignancies and cellular therapies.
