I am a cancer biologist whose work bridges molecular genomics and translational immuno-oncology. My research centers on multiple myeloma, where I deploy next-generation sequencing, including circulating-free DNA mutation enrichment, custom copy-number variation panels, and single-cell sequencing to illuminate the mechanisms that drive treatment resistance and relapse after BCMA- and GPRC5D-directed CAR-T cell therapy. By integrating high-depth cfDNA profiling with bone-marrow immune-microenvironment analysis, I aim to develop minimally invasive biomarkers that forecast patient response and guide personalized therapeutic strategies.
