My name is Jennifer Russell, MSc, BSc, BA(Hons).  I currently work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Multiple Myeloma and Plasma Cell Disorders at University College London Hospital (UCLH), I have been in this role since 2023. My experience includes working as a Critical Care Senior Staff Nurse at the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital, a specialist heart and lung transplant hospital. Leaving this hospital I then went on to work in Oncology and Heamatology at UCLH, working in a variety of different inpatient and outpatient roles. These roles, and the financial support of UCLH, allowed me to obtain my Masters in Cancer Care from the Royal Marsden Hospital. I then, briefly, returned to work at the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital as a Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist, however, my heart was in Haematology and I returned to UCLH when my current role became available.
