Hang Quach is a haematologist specialising in multiple myeloma. She is a Professor of Haematology at the University of Melbourne and serves as Head of Department and Director of Research at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne (SVHM). She leads the SVHM Myeloma Program and oversees its clinical trials unit, which conducts over 135 active phase I to III clinical trials, investigating novel therapies such as CAR-T cells, T-cell engagers, and small molecules for haematological malignancies.
Prof. Quach curently serves as Co-Chair of the Myeloma Working Group of the Australasian Lymphoma Leukaemia Group (ALLG), Deputy Chair of the Myeloma Scientific Advisory Group (MSAG) for Myeloma Australia, and a Steering Committee Member of the Australasian Myeloma Research Consortium (AMaRC). Since 2021, she has also been a faculty member of the International Myeloma Society (IMS).
