Tina Crosbie BSc Pharm (ACPR), RPh is a clinical hematology pharmacist at The Ottawa Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. She works in the ambulatory hematology chemotherapy unit counseling patients with lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and acute and chronic leukemia.
For over 25 years, Tina has been part of the hematology multidisciplinary team at The Ottawa Hospital. She has written educational materials and has presented on topics in hematology and patient care.
For the last 6 years, Tina is also a hematology pharmacist at a community oncology-focused pharmacy called Extend Pharmacy. Here she empowers patients with blood cancers to manage their take home anti-cancer therapy.
Tina’s research interests and publications focus on optimizing drug administration and patient education. Her volunteer work includes reviewing continuing education programs for the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP) and volunteering for the Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO), including past-presidency and board member. Tina also chaired the 2025 International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners (ISOPP) Symposium in Victoria, B.C, Canada.
Tina was honoured to be a planning committee member for the Nursing and Allied Health Symposium of IMS 2025.
Tina received her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Canada and she completed an accredited post-graduate residency in hospital pharmacy at The Ottawa Hospital, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
