Tina Bagratuni is a senior researcher at the Plasma cell dyscrasias Unit of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens where she leads the genomics research program. She graduated from Coventry University and University of Birmingham with a BSc in Biochemistry and MSc in Genetics, and she holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of London. Her research interests focus on the study of Multiple Myeloma and Waldenström Macroglobulinemia mainly involving the genomic characterization of patients at different stages of the diseases. She has published over 40 peer reviewed articles, and she is a recipient of the IWMF-LLS Strategic Research Roadmap grant and the Robert Kyle Career development award for her research in Waldenström Macroglobulinemia.
