Dr Angelina Yong is a haematologist at the Central Adelaide Local Health Network with dual fellowship qualifications in clinical haematology and haematopathology. Her research and clinical interests are focused on improving outcomes and quality of life for patients with plasma cell dyscrasias, particularly multiple myeloma and AL amyloidosis.
She is actively engaged in investigator-led and cooperative-group clinical trials and is committed to translational and clinical research that advances supportive care and strategies for plasma cell dyscrasias. Her research aims to inform best practice and promote a more personalised, patient-centred approach to the management of myeloma and related disorders.
