Hannah is the Lead Macmillan Pharmacist for the Christie@Macclesfield, a satellite unit of The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, tertiary cancer centre in England, UK. She has worked within haematology for several years in both adult and paediatric settings across teaching and district general hospitals. She has also worked with several palliative care teams in both primary and secondary care settings. She is an experienced independent prescriber and works across several pharmacist-led clinics, including Multiple Myeloma and CLL. She has undertaken her diploma and MSc in clinical pharmacy and is currently working towards her DPharm professional doctorate at Keele University, researching clinicians’ perspectives and attitudes around the care and assessment of frail patients with multiple myeloma. She is passionate about improving cancer care for patients and strives to do this however she can.
